This program is a calculator to compute the binomial function as applied to probability computations. Binomial calculations are useful in situations where there are a number of trials or events with some lesser number of successes.
Program is distributed as ZIP package: download to temporary directory and unpack to destination folder. See below for download link(s).
Following ones are the download links for manual installation:

README for PROBABIL
Binomial Probability Calculator
program for OS/2 2.x
Presentation Manager
Date : 10/31/93 - Version 1.10
PROBABIL is an OS/2 2.x Presentation Manager program for calculating
probabilities using the Binomial probability functions. The program
functions like a specialized calculator, but without normal calculator
capabilities.
INSTALLATION
The supplied ZIP file contains three files. The files are:
README.TXT - This file.
PROBABIL.EXE - The executable program.
PROBABIL.HLP - The program's Help file.
The recommended installation procedure is to copy PROBABIL.EXE and
PROBABIL.HLP into the same directory. Once done, copy a program template
object from the OS/2 "Templates" folder to the folder or desktop where
you want the executable icon to reside. After this is completed, you
need to access the new program object's settings notebook, to tell OS/2
the name of the program and where it is located. It is important to
correctly specify both the "Path and file name" as well as the "Working
directory" on the proper page of this notebook. If not done, you will
not be able to access the program's Help file, which is necessary to
learn how the calculator program works.
Once the program's icon is in place, double click the icon to
execute the program. When done, the calculator should be present on your
screen. Access the Help menu item to learn how the calculator works.
If your system is running at 1024x768 resolution with the large (XGA
style) fonts, the calculator's default character size will be to large
for your display. You can change to a smaller font by selecting the
Options/Font size menu item. The smaller font may also be invoked on
start up by using a /s command line argument. This command line argument
should placed in the Optional Parameters line of the program's Settings
notebook.
As a matter of record (which is also one of my own pet gripes), this
program makes no changes or additions to your .INI files, so you are
able to freely move it around and/or delete it without leaving any
remnants of its visit in place.
LICENSE & WARRANTY
As author, I am placing the program into the public domain subject
only to the provisions that it not be sold by others for profit except
as part of software collections in which a nominal charge maybe made for
the media used for distribution, and that it not be modified in any form
to hide the source of the program. What this means to you is an
unlimited right to make as many copies of it as you want, give it away
to friends, etc. However, you may not use a resource workshop to make it
appear that someone other than myself wrote the program.
The program has no warranty, either expressed or implied, for any
purpose whatsoever. You use this program entirely at your own risk.
