Phelsuma/2 is an editor for information and help files (*.INF and *.HLP) and can also compile. Phelsuma has been extensively developed for the comfortable creation of help files. Through a Management of help topics similar to the final file, is very fast "jumping" between help topics at development time. Phelsuma can search for specific topics in multi-page documents and the visual builder facilitates the creation of extensive Code structures.

This software is distributed as compressed package. You have to download and manually install it; if prerequisites are required, you will have to manually install them too.

Manual installation

Program is distributed as ZIP package: download to temporary directory and unpack to destination folder. Run BUILDWPS.CMD. See below for download link(s).
