Norton Commander helps you organize, view, and launch your files in an environment that is much easier and certainly more convenient to use than the native OS/2 Workplace Shell.

You can use Norton Commander in one of two modes: Norton Commander or Norton Desktop. Norton Commander mode, of course, is the default. However, if you are familar with Norton Desktop for DOS or for Windows, you may feel more comfortable in Norton Desktop mode.

This product, although not being developed/updated/sold since long time, it is luckily available as "Abandonware" software on many dedicated sites on world wide web.

This software is distributed as compressed package. You have to download and manually install it; if prerequisites are required, you will have to manually install them too.

Manual installation
