JFormDesigner™ is a professional GUI designer for Java™ Swing user interfaces. Its outstanding support for MigLayout, JGoodies FormLayout, GroupLayout (Free Design), TableLayout and GridBagLayout makes it easy to create professional looking forms.

This software is distributed as compressed package. You have to download and manually install it; if prerequisites are required, you will have to manually install them too.

Can't find the version mentioned on their site, only 6, 7 and 8

It is however possible to download the stand alone Windows version 6.0.6 and use the installer with Odin. Find the subdirectory "lib" and start JFormDesigner.jar there with OpenJDK 6.0.27 for OS/2, but you need to obtain a license key to use it.
