A pair of VIO utilities which clean up the OS/2 system INI files. These remove annoying extra items from objects' Create Another menus, and cleanup the Startup folders.
INITEMPS
Sometimes, you get templates from foreign desktops or dead objects which clutter up your objects' Create Another menu. This utility displays and optionally deletes entries from the list of template objects on the system that is used to generate the menu.
The program takes command line arguments as follows:
INITEMPS /A
INITEMPS /F [name] [/D]
The /A
switch means display Abstract object templates.
The /F
switch means display File System object templates.
The [name
] field is used to display only those entries which begin with that name.
The /D
switch deletes all entries that are displayed.
INISTART
This utility displays and optionally deletes entries from the list of startup folders. Normally, only startup folders that are on your boot/desktop drive should be in the list.
The program takes command line arguments as follows:
INISTART [name] [/D]
The [name
] field is used to display only those entries which begin with that name.
The /D
switch deletes all entries that are displayed.
