ClearTMP is a tool for cleaning temporary directories with sub-dirs on a system startup. Source code included.
Program is distributed as ZIP package: download to temporary directory, unpack to destination folder and run at system startup. See below for download link(s).

Usage: ClearTMP <Temporary_directory>.
