CD2MP3PM is a free configurable graphical front-end for several audio grabbers and encoders (MP3 and Ogg Vorbis or others). It supports CDDB (FreeDB, actually) and MP3 ID3 tags. Version 114b allows to specify encoder parameters, so ID tags could be added also to non-MP3 files (like Ogg Vorbis e.g.).

This software is distributed as compressed package. You have to download and manually install it; if prerequisites are required, you will have to manually install them too.

Manual installation

Program is distributed as ZIP package: download to temporary directory and unpack to destination folder. See below for download link(s).
