Shisen for OS/2 1.3.1 - Shisen-sho puzzle game for OS/2
Shisen/2 is a japanese puzzle game for OS/2.
Similar to the famous "Shang-hai-"/"Mahjongg"-games your objective is to remove all the
pieces on the board as quick as possible.
Only two matching tiles can be removed at a time.
The pieces can be removed only when both of the following conditions are true:
A: The 2 tiles have the same picture
B: The 2 tiles can be connected with up to 3 lines which do not go over other pieces.
(Lines can be horizontal or vertical but not diagonal and they may cross the empty border)
Not all games are solvable, but most of them should be.
Do not blind trust the "Lightbulb", it only shows one of several possible solutions.
Chances are good that you'll find an alternative way of solving the game.
The best scores automatically will be recorded at the "Hall of fame".
New in version 1.3.1:
- Added authentic stoneset "Chinese Bone & Bamboo" in high and low resolution
New in version 1.3:
- New revised choice of stonesets
- 5 new high-resolution traditional stonesets suitable for 1800x1350 and larger resolutions
New in version 1.2:
- several bugfixes
- Now there is a green arrow, which allows you to undo as many moves as you wish.
- Now the hint button can be clicked repeatedly to show all possible moves. To complete
the shown move, just click on the board.
Shisen for OS/2 is fully playable and not restricted in any way.
