Here is a clock program complete with source. The program is fairly uncomplicated, but a useful and useable applet showing some basic (and some not so basic) OS/2 PM programming tricks. The ordinary user will find this clock requires almost no resources, and keeps going as long as the pm shell is still working. The clock will store it's current window position when you manually close it.

This software is distributed as compressed package. You have to download and manually install it; if prerequisites are required, you will have to manually install them too.

Manual installation

Program is distributed as ZIP package: download to temporary directory and unpack to destination folder. See below for download link(s).

Following ones are the download links for manual installation:

Yes it's a clock v. 1.00 (7/2/2021, A. Doff) Readme/What's new
Required text file, and English (CLOCK.EXE) or Dutch (CLOCK_NL.EXE) binary file only. Any parameter will enable the stealth mode, which no longer includes CLOCK.EXE in the Task list of OS/2 or the eCenter.

Comments

To enable the stealth mode, like PMTPOSD2's, start the new CLOCK.EXE (English) or CLOCK_NL.EXE.EXE (Dutch) with any single parameter. The word "stealth", for example. Then the clock should no longer appear in the Task List nor the eCenter. AFAIK a claim, the clock will store its current window position when you manually close it, may not be true. Or may not be true anymore, at least if the open sourced release is anything to go by.
