KCheckers is a Qt-based checkers board game.

This software is distributed as compressed package. You have to download and manually install it; if prerequisites are required, you will have to manually install them too.

Manual installation

Program is distributed as ZIP package: download to temporary directory and unpack to destination folder. See below for download link(s).

Following is a list of prerequisites that you have to manually install in order to have the program working:

You can install the prerequisites with rpm running the following string in a command line:

yum install yum install libc libssp libgcc1 libgcc-fwd libstdc++6 libsupc++6 libqt4

Thanks I enjoy playing this great game but I haven't seen a linux setup for playing international opponents. I recall Windows 95 had such a game which I haven't seen again. Please if at all possible , kindly add this feature. I for one, and many serious checkers players , I'm sure, would be most grateful. Yours Paul
