A note about the future of ecsoft2.org

ecsoft2.org runs on software (Drupal 7 and PHP 7.4) that reached its end of life years ago and no longer receives security updates. Keeping the site online safely is getting harder.

Giving it a future means migrating it to a current platform — and that is only worth doing if people still use it and want to help keep it alive.

If you care about ecsoft2.org, as a user, a contributor, or someone willing to lend a hand, please ggambaattiscali [dot] it (get in touch) by January 31, 2027.

If no one comes forward by then, the site will be turned into a read-only archive, so that its content stays available.

Port *NIX di SMPlayer. SMPlayer è un frontend grafico per Mplayer realizzato utilizzando il QT Toolkit.

Questo software è distribuito come pacchetto compresso, da scaricare e installare manualmente; se ci sono prerequisiti da soddisfare, andranno anch'essi scaricati e installati manualmente.

Installazione manuale

Il programma è distribuito come pacchetto ZIP: scaricare in una cartella temporanea, scompattare nella cartella di destinazione e leggere il file readme.os2 incluso. Impostare i percorsi appropriati nel pannello di configurazione di SMPlayer.

  • Per utilizzare al meglio SMPlayer ed MPlayer, è richiesta almeno la versione di MPlayer SVN-r27724. Precedenti versioni per OS/2 infatti non supportano il ridimensionamento dinamico e si vedrà sempre un video nella sua dimensione originale, che si utilizzi o meno lo zoom o la modalità a schermo intero.
  • MPlayer può utilizzare le librerie dinamiche dei codec per Win32 per decodificare formati non supportati nativamente.
I prerequisiti seguenti devono essere installati manualmente perché il programma possa funzionare:

E' possibile installare i prerequisiti con rpm, eseguendo la stringa seguente in una finestra comandi:

yum install libgcc4* libssp libstdc++ libstdc++6 libsupc++ libsupc++6 libqt4 libqt4-gui libqt4-webkit libqt4-designer libqt4-sql-mysql libqt4-sql-psql zlib

The first website above is accessible via https only, the other site (mplayerhq) is not. Please update protocol for the first website to use secure version.
