GenMAC è il risultato dell'impegno personale di Willibald Meyer nello sviluppo di un programma di controllo che supporti le interfacce di rete (NIC) più moderne, con particolare attenzione alle schede gigabit e a quelle on-board.

Questo software è distribuito come pacchetto compresso, da scaricare e installare manualmente; se ci sono prerequisiti da soddisfare, andranno anch'essi scaricati e installati manualmente.

Installazione manuale

Disponibile sia in formato ZIP che WarpIN:

  • scaricare il pacchetto ZIP in una cartella temporanea e scompattarlo nella cartella di destinazione;
  • il pacchetto WarpIN è autoinstallante.

This is the full installation package of GenMac, containing all supported drivers. For Installation the WarpIN Installer is required. As an alternative, you can download the split installation package from the top of this page, being considerably smaller. However, you need the base driver package and the vendor specific packages, matching your network interface cards.

This is the base driver package of the split installation package of GenMac. For each of your GenMac supported hardware a corresponding additional driver package is required as well. For Installation the WarpIN Installer is required. As an alternative, you can download the full installation package from the bottom of this page, requiring no extra packages. However, this package is considerably larger, as it contains drivers for all suppored network interface cards.
