A note about the future of ecsoft2.org

ecsoft2.org runs on software (Drupal 7 and PHP 7.4) that reached its end of life years ago and no longer receives security updates. Keeping the site online safely is getting harder.

Giving it a future means migrating it to a current platform — and that is only worth doing if people still use it and want to help keep it alive.

If you care about ecsoft2.org, as a user, a contributor, or someone willing to lend a hand, please ggambaattiscali [dot] it (get in touch) by January 31, 2027.

If no one comes forward by then, the site will be turned into a read-only archive, so that its content stays available.

Pdksh (Public domain Korn shell) v. 5.2.14bin7 (23/1/2017, KO Myung-Hun) Readme/What's new
v5.2.14-bin-7 : * Fixed the last character of a response file was splitted * Fixed 0 was returned to the caller even if a child was terminated due to signal * Fixed a command in a current directory was searched before in $PATH. This improves the compatibility with UNIX * Fixed Ctrl-C and Ctrl-D did not work in kLIBC build * Improved LF and CR+LF conversion. Both read and write in binary mode. This prevents LF from being expaned to CR+LF, and CR+LF from being collapsed to LF internally. This is an another try to survive in UNIX jungle. In case of kLIBC build, this applied to programs built with kLIBC.
