GNU Diffutils v. 2.7.2 (req. emxrt.zip, 29/12/1997) | Readme/What's new |
This copy of the GNU diff utilities 2.7.1 has been compiled
with emx+gcc using the emx 0.9c development tools. It can be
used under OS/2 and Win32.
An up to date copy should always be available as
ftp://ftp.leo.org/pub/comp/os/os2/leo/gnu/systools/gnudiff.zip
It requires the emx 0.9c or newer runtime under OS/2 and the
RSXNT 1.40 runtime under Win32. Both can be found at
ftp://ftp.leo.org/pub/comp/os/os2/leo/gnu/emx+gcc/...
To install the GNU diff utilities, simply copy the executables
into a suitable location.
In addition to plain emx+gcc for OS/2 and emx+gcc combined with
RSXNT under NT, Watcom C/C++ 10.x and newer for OS/2 and NT and
Microsoft Visual C++ 4.0 and newer for NT are supported compilers.
