This is the OS/2 - ArcaOS port of CScope 15.9
(https://cscope.sourceforge.net/), a command-line driven tool for
browsing and analyzing source code. As per its home page:
Cscope is a developer's tool for browsing source code. It has an impeccable
Unix pedigree, having been originally developed at Bell Labs back in the days
of the PDP-11. Cscope was part of the official AT&T Unix distribution for many
years, and has been used to manage projects involving 20 million lines of code!
I had some time to test this port and it seems working fine. Please check out
the home page (listed above) to read its features and limitations.
Disclaimer as usual: I can't guarantee this piece of code will work perfectly
on your machine or your source code, so I strongly suggest you make backup
copies of the code you're working on. That said, I can't see why it shouldn't
work smooth as silk ;-)
Hope you'll find this software useful.
If you feel my OS/2 ports are useful, I kindly ask you to sponsor me on
github (https://github.com/MentoreSiesto) so that I can keep porting software
and developing original OS/2 software. My main interests are software
development, music composition and editing, retrocomputing and much more, so
feel free to suggest me projects on which I may work!
Happy coding
