FixPack Installation Utility è stato progettato per agevolare l'installazione dei FixPak sui Sistemi OS/2: Questo programma consente l'installazione di un FixPak direttamente da disco rigido o supporto ottico, removibile o meno, nonchè la distribuzione su reti LAN. E' sufficiente ricreare i floppy dei FixPak desiderati ricostruendo la struttura di distribuzione in locale.

La sistassi del comando è la seguente:

OS2SERV X:\PATH_TO_CSF X:\PATH_TO_FIXPAK

Dove X:\PATH_TO_CSF è il ramo del filesystem che contiene il Corrective Service Facility e X:\PATH_TO_FIXPAK è il ramo del filesystem che contiene la struttura di distribuzione del FixPak da applicare.

Questo pacchetto include anche il Corrective Service Facility.

Questo software è distribuito come pacchetto compresso, da scaricare e installare manualmente; se ci sono prerequisiti da soddisfare, andranno anch'essi scaricati e installati manualmente.

Installazione manuale

Il programma è distribuito come pacchetto ZIP: scaricare in una cartella temporanea e scompattare nella cartella di destinazione. Vedi sotto per il(i) link di download.
