Programma per la visualizzazione e l'analisi del file system. Mostra e modifica il contenuto delle tabelle partizioni e dei boot sector, mostra la struttura interna HPFS (Superblock, Fnodes, Dirblocks ecc). Verifica l'integrità di allocazione dei volumi. Individua una qualunque sequenza dati sul disco ed identifica il file cui appartiene. Mostra le mappe di allocazione per l'intero disco e per le cartelle. Include una funzione UNDELETE per HPFS e supporta il filesystem JFS.

DFSee, Display File System è considerato uno dei migliori programmi disponibili a livello professionale sul mercato per gestire dischi e volumi.
Nato inizialmente su e per OS/2, è ora diffuso sulle altre piattaforme grazie agli elevati standard di qualità che offre e per le sue potenzialità intrinseche: nelle situazioni in cui normalmente sarebbero necessari più strumenti per gestire i problemi dei dischi, DFSee combina in un unico software tutte le funzioni necessarie!

 

ATTENZIONE: Le funzionalità offerte da DFSee sono estremamente potenti e se utilizzate in modo non corretto, anche inavvertitamente, potrebbero causare perdita di dati, malfunzionamenti, esiti imprevisti o addirittura blocchi di sistema. Sebbene se ne consigli l'uso ad utenti professionisti o più che esperti, si suggerisce di leggere sempre attentamente la descrizione di tutti i parametri previsti e delle procedure di utilizzo.

Questo software è distribuito come pacchetto compresso, da scaricare e installare manualmente; se ci sono prerequisiti da soddisfare, andranno anch'essi scaricati e installati manualmente.

Installazione manuale

Disponibile sia in formato ZIP che WarpIN:

  • scaricare il pacchetto ZIP in una cartella temporanea e scompattarlo nella cartella di destinazione;
  • il pacchetto WarpIN è autoinstallante.

E' anche possibile generare un CD-ROM avviabile utilizzando direttamente l'immagine ISO. Vedi sotto per il(i) link di download.
